Introduction and Background
Brookside was established in
1996 as a specialist agency to provide staffing, resources and training
to organisations operating in the Social Housing sector. Our aim
is to be a cost-effective, high quality service that can be totally
relied upon by social housing organisations and the people we have
registered with us.
Our area of operation is predominantly
in the East of England – we also provide staff in other regions
particularly in relation to interim managers and project managers.

Both our directors have worked in the public and housing sectors
(local authority and RSL) for many years – this is at Housing
Director level through to frontline levels, so you benefit from
an excellent knowledge of housing issues. One director is a member
of the CIH East Region Branch Committee.
Your contact point with us is solely with our two directors –
this provides you with a highly personal, professional service with
excellent standards of consistency and communication
